Almost Over!

So, I've had TONS of comments entering into my giveaway...way more than I expected! Ummm...but there is a problem. Most of these people decided not to follow the directions and the other half I don't even have information for. I swear I have at least 70 comments that I did not enter because of this. This sucks for them and me.

Being that this is my first giveaway, I thought "Oooo...fun!" now it's "Ohhh...no". LOL!!! I don't know why but I had thought that maybe people would be kind enough to pay attention. Guess not. That's okay though...the people that were nice enough to play along are getting a better chance at winning. :o)

I can't wait for this to be over!

The OC Makeunders

I was able to catch Oprah last night since I was out yesterday. I totally forgot that it was the makeover (and under) show. Okay, I have to say...I have never seen the OC housewives. We are one of the few left with no cable. LOL Anyway, I couldn't believe how ridiculously gaudy these women looked. I hope that people don't think that all Californians look like that. With celebrities and TV showing people that dress and act that way, I think it gives us a bad reputation.

I thought that the Oprah team did a fantastic job on those women. They really made each of them have a unique look and it was still very stylish. Maybe the turtleneck on one was a bit much for cover up but they all looked more like intelligent women rather than trophy wives. It was disappointing to know before hand that they did not like the make unders and even worse to sit and watch them lie about it to Oprah's face. How rude is that?! You could see it in some of their faces too. I mean come on, at least say I like it but it's not my style or something. See, that's why I don't watch reality TV. It just gets too stupid.

I'm on a Roll

Well, I haven't been too good at keeping up with all of my blogs lately but it's getting there. I've been really busy since dh as gone back to work from hurting his back and No-No is all over the place.

I have actually made a bit of money with my blogs and working with the jewelry so that's relieving some of the pressure. LOL I'm really trying to hit my goal before the year is out. Christmas is coming and so are the kids' b-days...ugh, it always has to be all at once! :o)

I started a bunch of new blogs today...like I don't have nearly enough to do, huh. Now I'll never sleep! LOL I'm not sure what to do with them but I thought of some cool things to do with them, even if it will take some time. I'll post them once they're a little more finished. ;o)
