I'm not sure if I talked about DH's friend and his DD or not here. The situation was ALL bad for some time and it's finally starting to get better...I think.

This guy is in and out of jail due to drugs and the DD's mom ended up in jail for something too (in the end because she was on drugs). It was such a disgusting situation to watch and no one that was close knew exactly what to do without making matters worse. I had THE worst time with it because I never let anything like that happen to me BECAUSE of my kids and couldn't imagine anything becoming more important. I know we're all different and lots of times there are people that shouldn't have kids to begin with so...

Wll, both of them are out of jail, she's in an out-drug rehab, and he...well, he's him. I'm just glad the family came together and pulled for the DD. I know that they got lots of answers about how to handle the mom from NIDA and am glad that they were responsible enough to keep the DD safe. I'm jsut sad that she's had to go through any of that and there's still such a long road ahead.
