Magic Pills?

I caught a tiny blurb the other night on Nightline about some kind of slimming pill that could solve all of the obesity problems we are having. I was pretty bummed when I missed it but I can't imagine it's any different than all the other claims...could it?

To me, a pill like this would be equivalent to solving world hunger. So many of us are overweight that border-lined obese is almost normal now. The more stunning thing to me is looking at all of the young girls now that are tiny little twigs that barely resemble a woman. No one was like this in my generation, well hardly anyway. It's all of their parents that seem to have the issue and the few young ones that stand out in the crowd. It makes me wonder how far eating disorders are going. these kids can't possibly be eating a full healthy diet could they?

Of course I wish I looked like them but I'm not about to starve myself on purpose to do it. Give me a pill any day. LOL
