Missing My Job
It's rare when I miss going out to work but when it comes to quick weight loss I really did well. I was on a strict sleeping schedule, ate at normal times, and never stopped moving. I even put on a pedometer on one day and I think I walked some where around 20 miles that day. I dropped around 20lbs in about a month and a half to two months! That was totally awesome, I really wish I had that kind of time now. It really does take making it your job to fit in that much movement. If I could only get DD on a good schedule (of ANY kind) I could fit in enough of something to make myself feel better...*sigh*
