Retarded Return

Costco had sent my mom a letter notifying her that one of the books she had purchased was being recalled. I thought that was kind of funny since it's a book but it was something on home improvement and something they had published about electrical stuff wasn't correct. That's kind of scary! It makes me wonder how many people did what they said to do. So we get there to return the book and it turned out to be a major ordeal. There was nothing in the system about the price of this book and the numbers in the POS systems were wrong! It was frustrating something like this would happen with such a large scale company. Anyway, it turned out fine even though it took forever. They were really good about accommodating her in the end. Hopefully next time things go a lot more smoothly!
