Rash or What?

I think I may have patches of eczema but I'm not sure if it's just weather related stuff or what. It's kinda sucky because it itches and hurts at the same time. I've been putting stuff on it but nothing seems to really help all that much. I think I'm going to have to go to a doctor and see about getting some medicated stuff or something. Ugh.
