Getting Old

My birthday is coming up in a few months again. Since I hit 30 it's not really something I look forward to anymore LOL. All the physical changes are starting to take a toll on me and I keep trying to figure out how to combat them. For example, age spots are really becoming something I've found myself watching out for. I limit my sun exposure a lot more now and always make sure I'm wearing sunscreen and things like that. I love gaining wisdom but other than that, aging really isn't all it's cracked up to be, at least for me. LOL
