Back in Shape

It's been a while since I've been in shape. I was thinking about starting to do some ab workouts to straighten things out a bit. My back has been bothering me for a while and I think it might be because I've become so lazy lately. It sometimes amazes me how little I move. I think I'll start putting together a plan and regimen for me to follow once things calm down a bit. We'll see how things pan out in the coming weeks.

Replacements

I was out with my friend last night and we were talking about how she's started losing weight out of no where. As much as both of us think it's a fantastic thing, now she has to replace all of her uniforms because they are starting to become too big and slip and slide on her. She's been searching for some discount medical uniforms lately but can't really decide what she wants because the patterns and colors she has aren't available anymore. I think that's the only thing with losing weight, you have to find new favorite clothes. It's not a bad thing and being girls we love to shop anyway but sometimes it's hard to want to replace some of the things you already have and love. Shopping is so much fun though :o)

Speaking of Which...

It's funny that I just mentioned my laptop the other day because today it started to die. I'm really bummed and can't decide what I'll be getting next. I think I just want the "replacement" model for the one I have but I'm really not sure yet. Mine is still usable but it'll be difficult since it's my wireless that went. I know it'll be a costly repair and of course my warranty expired last year so I'll just end up getting a new one I think. I wish there was something to tell me exactly what to get but every review or opinion always ends up different from another and I just end up getting more confused. On the upside, I do get to shop for something new...I always enjoy that!

Time for a New Laptop?

My laptop has started to run kind of slow and I'm starting to wonder if it has something to do with me loading things onto it lately. I'm not a geek by any means so I have no idea what is going on. It really could be that it's just getting old and is slowing down but I can't say I would know. I've been thinking it might be good to buy memory so I can see if that helps at all. I know I'm in the market to get a new laptop soon so that tax refund check couldn't come sooner but I'd really like to still use this one too. I will always love my first laptop and can't really think of using something else yet. At any rate, having more memory will help when it comes time to transfer things to the new one as well.
